This is E-marketplace for a recruiting company.

We have explored the recruiting process and tried to develop a full featured software for it. It has a convenient navigation system and nice design. Moreover, it is powered with the following features:

a hot-search agent that scans hourly database to meet specified search criteria, and sends suitable jobs to a candidate via email automatically;
people take part in competitive project bidding that guarantees high quality of services;
on project completion they rate each other, so a prospective partner can see your background easily;
a secure payment system is provided. It is based on well-known VeriSign certificates and accepts payments by credit cards, checks and usual bank wires;
a chat system is a place where you can discuss directly some points significant for your project or just talk to a potential client to understand the task better;
a real-time news system is based on XML data provided by special web services. You can put this data directly into your browser and customize it - select topics and news that are interesting for you, etc.;
real-time updating from company intranet database is a very attractive part! We read data from multiple databases located in local clients' PCs (because various recruiters work on data collecting) and post it to the web database within the 15-minute schedule. This helps to keep databases both separate for security reason and up-to-date;
batch job posting to most popular job hunters' web-sites is also automated and scheduled.
