We have explored recruiting process and tried to develop a full featured software for it.
It has a comfort navigation system and nice design. Moreover, it is powered with next features:
- hot search agent that makes hourly database scanning to meet specified search criterias, and sends suitable jobs to candidate via email automatically
- people take part in competitive project bidding that guarantees high quality of services you look for
- on project completion they rate each other, so future partner can see your background easily
- secure payment system is provided. It is based on well-known VeriSign certificates and accepts payments by credit cards, checks and usual bank wires
- chat system is a place where you can discuss directly some points significant for your project or just talk to potential client to understand better the task
- real-time news system is based on XML data provided by special web services.
You get this data directly into your browser, you can customize it - select topics that are interesting for you, how much news do you prefer to see on each page etc.
- real-time updating from company intranet database. This is a very interesting part!
We read data from multiple databases located in local client's PCs (because different recruiters work on data collecting)
and post it to the web database in 15 minutes schedule. This helps to keep databases separately for security reason
but also keep them both "up-to-date".
- batch job posting to most popular job hunter's web-sites is also automated and scheduled
